Mantel Works,LLC was formed in 1999. Our mission was to produce hand crafted mantels and fireplace surrounds that could be customized to any size and offer the piece at a reasonable cost. We have now been building for 9 years and I feel we have accommodated a wide range of needs.
The materials we use are second to none. When you order oak you get uniform color red oak. When you order maple you get clear maple. Our craftsman are highly skilled woodworkers that can fit miters eliminate machining marks and use joinery that will last a lifetime.
Each mantel is inspected before it ships and the mantels ship with a start up package with finishing instructions, hardware to assemble the surround and also a drive bit for your drill to insure you have the right tool to assemble the mantel.
