We at Mantel Works, LLC strive to build products that our defect free. We are also human. If you feel that a product that you recieved from Mantel Works, LLC is defective please contact us and we will help you fix the defect over the phone. I f you think the procuct needs further attention we will mail a shipping label so you can return it for repair or replacement at our discretion.
Terms and conditions of return:
All defects need to be reported in 10 business days of recieving product. Please inspect product upon arrival.
Damage caused to your product by storing in extreme humid conditions will not be waranteed
